Grant Thornton Malta proudly marks a significant milestone in its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) journey, underscoring its continued commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

On Thursday, 25 March 2026, as part of Anti-Racism & Diversity Week, the firm joined a network of organisations dedicated to advancing inclusive practices across industries. During the event, our Partner in Capital Markets, Oriana Abela, participated in the panel discussion "Advancing Anti-Racism at Work: Lessons and Best Practices from Industry."

She was also joined by Virain Hariramani, Head of the firm's DE&I Committee, and Kiara Conings, a committee member. Together, they shared practical insights and experiences, highlighting the firm's commitment to embedding its CARE values and fostering a culture where individuals feel respected, heard and empowered.

This reinforces Grant Thornton Malta's ongoing efforts to integrate inclusive practices across all aspects of its operations, from internal processes to client engagement and community involvement.
