Master Transfer Pricing strategies with a practical, Maltese-focused workshop series - designed to give you clarity, compliance confidence, and global alignment.

Transfer Pricing is a relatively new and increasingly important area of international tax regulations in Malta, designed to ensure that transactions between related entities are conducted in line with global standards.

Malta's TP legislation has introduced new compliance obligations for businesses operating across borders. This series of online workshops is designed to help participants interpret the rules, understand international guidance, and apply best practices in the Maltese context.

Designed with professionals in mind, the programme offers a structured and practical approach to TP compliance, supported by real examples, expert insight, and opportunities for discussion.

What To Expect:

  • A clear understanding of Malta's TP framework and how it aligned with OECD Guidelines
  • Practical guidance on the Arm's Length Principle, comparability analysis, and TP methods
  • Led by Luke Aquilina, Tax Manager at Grant Thornton Malta, who brings an extensive local and international Transfer Pricing experience
