We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Checking and preparing supplier payments.
  • Posting the accounting entries for bank transactions.
  • Preparation of sales orders and issuing of sales invoice.
  • Assisting with the firm’s accounting queries.
  • Performing Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end processes.
  • Working closely with other Finance team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and correctness of data collection and posting.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and other team members as required to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Carry out other duties as may be necessary from time to time.


Key Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

  • ACCA qualification with one year working experience in Finance department
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Be a team player.
