Roshan is a corporate finance professional with over nine years of experience in structured finance, corporate banking, and corporate finance, with exposure to both emerging and developed markets. His expertise spans financial modelling, valuation, credit risk analysis, and transaction due diligence, supporting complex financing and investment decisions.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Roshan served as a Manager in Structured Finance and Advisory, where he managed offshore and onshore corporate portfolios, executed syndicated and cross-border transactions, and collaborated closely with international financial institutions such as IFC and FMO.
