Clive’s HR profession spans over seven years of experience across administration, operational, and analytical HR roles. He has a strong interest in the strategic use of HR data to improve organisational performance, employee experience, and evidence‑based management. His most recent position was that of an HR Business Analyst, giving him a solid balance between people‑focused HR practice and data‑driven decision support.
Clive holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently completing a Master’s degree in HR Management and Training, expected to be finalised in early 2026. His master’s thesis focuses on the application of AI in HRM, with particular emphasis on AI‑enabled decision‑making, people analytics, and the evolving role of HR professionals in technology‑driven organisations.
