Andrea forms part of the Tax team at Grant Thornton Malta. In this role, he is responsible for preparing and analysing tax computations and supporting clients on tax-related matters in line with Maltese tax legislation and regulatory requirements. He also coordinates with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to process improvements.
Andrea began his career at Grant Thornton through the University Internship programme, gaining early exposure to the firm's Transaction Advisory Services and Business Process Solutions. Alongside this, Andrea was seconded to ElectroGas Malta as an Account Executive, providing hands-on support in account management and financial operations.
Beyond professional practice, Andrea has held leadership roles including Treasurer of ESN Malta, overseeing cash flow management and financial reporting, and External Relations Officer at ASCS, where he focused on building strategic partnerships.
Andrea brings a well-rounded, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach, combining technical expertise with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
