What We Need From You
We are seeking a moticated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to take a lead in the delivery of consulting engagements, providing technical expertise and quality assurance across assignments. The successful candidate will also act as a key link within the team ensuring that analytical work and advisory outputs are translated into actionable recommendations for clients.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
- Leading complex analysis independently with minimal supervision
- Developing advanced financial and economic models for project evaluation
- Analysing regulatory and policy changes and their implications for clients
- Drafting full reports and ensure clarity and accuracy of findings
- Conducting in-depth market and sector studies, including forecasting
- Ensuring deliverables meet high technical standards
- Responding to technical queries and explain methodologies when required
- Providing data-driven insights for proposals and procurement initiatives
- Providing advisory support on public procurement processes, including procurement strategies, tender documentation, evaluation methodologies and compliance
About You
The successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Policy or related fields.
- 2-3 years of consulting experience.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms and regulatory environments (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of successful client engagements.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms and regulatory environments (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
