Rachel is an Assistant Manager within Grant Thornton Malta's Business Consulting team, specialising in cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and economic appraisal. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Economics, with Banking and Finance as her second major, from the University of Malta. Rachel is currently in the final stages of completing her ACCA qualification and is further enhancing her technical expertise through the FMVA® certification programme.
Since joining Grant Thornton in 2016 and becoming a full-time member of the Advisory team in 2020, Rachel has supported and led a range of assignments for public sector clients, with a particular focus on infrastructure development, transport projects, and concession arrangements. Her experience includes the preparation of feasibility studies, business plans, cost-benefit analyses, and the preparation of evidence-based reports that support investment and policy decisions.
