Kristina specialises in economic consulting, public sector advisory, procurement, business process re-engineering, and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Malta, an Award in Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), and is PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner certified. She is further enhancing her technical expertise through the FMVA® certification programme.
Kristina has experience supporting a wide range of public and private sector assignments, including feasibility studies, economic impact assessments, business plans, research studies, sustainability engagements, and process improvement initiatives. She has worked extensively with Maltese public sector entities, contributing to projects covering healthcare, justice, sustainability, economic development, and public administration reform. Her experience also includes EU Taxonomy assessments, capacity-building initiatives, and verification engagements relating to green bonds.
Between 2023 and 2024, Kristina was seconded to Grant Thornton EU Services in Brussels, where she was involved in monitoring EU opportunities, proposal management, stakeholder coordination, and the preparation of tender submissions for European institutions. Through this role, she coordinated multidisciplinary teams from several Grant Thornton member firms across Europe and gained extensive experience working in international and cross-cultural environments.
