Training topics:

This training session will serve as a guide on principal procedures required to be followed by companies registered under the Maltese Laws during a members’ voluntary liquidation. The speaker will walk you through the prerequisites, compilation of necessary forms, preparation of liquidation accounts including scheme of distribution and other winding up obligations until the company is fully dissolved.  


This training course has been accredited with 2.5 Core hours as per the Accountancy Board Accreditation rules.

Uyanga Gantulga Uyanga holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Management from the University of London led by London School of Economics. She joined Grant Thornton during 2018, right after she completed her undergraduate studies, and completed her ACCA qualification in 2020. Currently, Uyanga is studying for ADIT to obtain a globally recognised qualification in international taxation. She is a member of Grant Thornton’s Business Process Solutions team providing accounting, VAT, income tax and liquidation services to local and international based clients.
