Rowena has been in public accounting for her entire professional career since she started in 2002. Prior to joining Grant Thornton Malta in 2008, Rowena has been in public accounting practice in one of the big four firms in the Philippines.
She has gained extensive experience in the performance of regular financial audit of local and multinational companies in a wide range of industries including commercial trading, gaming, services, education, not for profit and manufacturing. She was involved in carrying out audits of consolidated and stand-alone financial statements prepared based on IFRS and GAPSME, and special audits using agreed upon procedures.
