Specialism / Function
- Provide support to internal end users.
- Keep track of issues and queries raised by end users through JIRA Service Desk.
- Investigate and resolve IT related issues.
- Administer IT systems.
- Monitor backup and perform restore operations.
- Monitor vulnerabilities on all IT Assets and Deploy patches and updates as necessary.
- Preparation of laptops and installation of company applications.
- Offer any other ICT related support.
Skills / Experience:
- Strong experience with MS Office Applications.
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365.
- Ability to think logically.
- Good communications skill.
- Strong customer service ethos.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Excellent organisational skills.
