You will:

  • Provide support to internal end users.
  • Keep track of issues and queries raised by end users through JIRA Service Desk.
  • Investigate and resolve IT related issues.
  • Administer IT systems.
  • Monitor backup and perform restore operations.
  • Monitor vulnerabilities on all IT Assets and Deploy patches and updates as necessary.
  • Preparation of laptops and installation of company applications.
  • Offer any other ICT related support.


Skills / Experience:

  • Strong experience with MS Office Applications.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to think logically.
  • Good communications skill.
  • Strong customer service ethos.
  • Ability to work well with people.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
