We are looking for a reliable and hardworking and experienced Administration Officer, having the main task of preparing Audit reports and financial statements.


The role


The person must have the following general qualities in order to qualify for the post:


  • Be proficient in typing, using Microsoft office, to a professional level
  • Have a quality-oriented mind-set coupled with accuracy and speed
  • Able to rectify mistakes and errors within a short timeframe
  • Able to focus on the job at hand, having sharp thinking and an eye for detail
  • Works independently and with minimum supervision – therefore dependable and trustworthy
  • Deliver work within strict deadlines and therefore able to work under pressure
  • Be a team player, with a great customer service disposition
  • Have a pleasant personality and neat in presentation
  • Can quickly adapt to a multicultural workforce
  • Able to speak and write in both Maltese and English
  • Have an excellent secretarial approach


This post calls for suitable candidates, wanting to work on a full-time basis, i.e, 40 hours per week, specifically Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
