Margaret Bonello-Cole is Director of Assurance Services and the Technical Department. She joined the firm in 1975 and has been responsible for the planning and supervision of audit assignments for many years.
Her extensive audit experience covers assignments for large and small companies, local, international and multinational across a range of business fields: manufacturing, hospitality, public sector, local councils, shipping, construction, retail, and insurance, amongst others.
Margaret, who has particular interest in technical development, has had a major role in the preparation of the Malta Government Accounting Standards and she is responsible for the continued updating of these in line with current technical developments. She monitors GT staff development in all technical and audit areas.
In her long career she has also taken part in consultancy and multi-discipline assignments such as business planning, feasibility projects, fraud investigations, acquisitions and due diligence reports.
Margaret is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. |
